From sketch to final embellishment, we abide by the highest standards in fine jewellery production and honour our commitment to responsible sourcing and sustainable practice. The result; jewellery that is luxurious, non-traditional and completely alive with meaning.

Dialogue to form a brief

It starts with a chat so we can ascertain what you are looking for. During this stage we ask relevant questions, so we can detail the intended wearer’s style and requirements. You can meet with Ella in our relaxed showroom environment, or if you live outside of London we regularly travel and work with clients remotely.

If you can't quite visualise what you want, don't worry, we are here to help guide you through the decision making process. Following an initial chat, we issue product concept sketches and Computer Aided Design (C.A.D) renders to help build a profile of the right piece.

Presentation

Once you have shortlisted from our presentation of options, we go through your preferences in more detail so you can see how they will look and feel. We also work through pricing options respective of materials and gemstone grades.

Throughout the process, we remain open to your questions to ensure that we provide you with the best possible jewellery concierge service.

Creation and delivery

When you have selected your design we will commission our master jewellers to start production on your piece; all of our bespoke jewellery is made to order. We create a delicate wax mould, which is used to cast your item in your chosen metal.

After casting, your item is filed, polished, and cleaned before being passed onto our gemstone and diamond setter who carefully sets your stone(s).

Your completed item is checked and graded, then it begins its journey home to you (as per your shipping preference). With each jewellery item, we offer a diamond certificate. Each Monarc diamond is graded by a certified Gemologist according to international standards practiced in the diamond industry. We stand behind our products and warrant their graded characteristics through a legal guarantee and warranty.

Payment

We ask for 50% payment on confirmation of design selection and the balance upon delivery. Payment can be made via bank deposit or via PayPal, in AUD, EURO, GBP, NZD and USD.
