WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

The following delivery options are for all products displayed in the Monarc web store collections. Bespoke order lead-times will vary, and lead-time can be discussed upon consultation.

FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders over the value of £100 GBP/$200 NZ (or the equivalent value in other currencies) are shipped free of charge.

REGULAR ORDER DELIVERY

Regular shipping takes 3-7 working days for delivery of your order. For orders with a value under £100 GBP, a £4-10 delivery fee is charged.

EXPRESS ORDER DELIVERY

Express shipping takes 1-2 working days for the delivery of your order. This option is offered with a charge of £10-15.

If a piece is described as being handmade specially for your order request, please allow between 4- 6 weeks from placing your order to delivery of your jewellery.

CAN I AMEND OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

If you have made any error in your order, please email immediately to ella@monarcjewellery.com. We will always try to accommodate order changes where possible, or discuss a solution.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an order confirmation email moments after checkout. Upon completion of us making your order, you will be sent an email with your shipment tracking information.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Order transactions are processed by PayPal, Amex, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay and ShopifyPay. We also accept* International Money Transfers (ITM) and Telegraphic Transfers (TT). Our Bank account details for IMT and TT options are shown on your order confirmation page. *Please ensure that your bank has included this fee when processing your bank wire. There are no fees from our bank to receive the bank wire.

Monarc also accepts Laybuy.

TAXES:

All shipping costs for your total order are calculated at the checkout point.

If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected (countries outside of the EU here), product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you may be liable for import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

HOW DO I DECIDE UPON A RING SIZE?

If you are unsure of your finger size you can email to ask us for a ring sizer tool, or simply follow these easy instructions below:

Wrap a piece of thread or string around the chosen finger. Cut the thread where it meets end to end. Place the length of the thread along a ruler which will give you the circumference, and allocate it to the correct measurement table below. If the band of your chosen ring design is particularly wide, it is often better to go one size up.

HELPFUL JEWELLERY CARE INFORMATION:

Remove your jewellery before showering, sleeping, swimming, cleaning or working with your hands. There are many reasons for this - to prevent scratches, to avoid damage to your metal, and also to keep your jewellery and gemstones free from soap residue and build up.

Clean your jewellery regularly. To do this, dilute a small amount of mild dishwashing detergent in warm water and gently wash your jewellery. A soft bristled toothbrush can be used to gently clean the piece. Soak the item for up to 10 minutes, rinse and then pat dry with a clean, soft cloth. We don’t recommend using silver polishing liquids or chemical cleaners to clean our jewellery.

Restrict the exposure of your jewellery to perfumes, hairsprays and creams. Do not expose your jewellery to household bleaches, cleaners or chlorinated water. This is why it is important to take your jewellery off before cleaning or swimming.

WHAT ARE MONARC'S WARRANTY, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICIES?

At Monarc Concierge we stand by the quality of our product. Your satisfaction is of most importance to us.
If any goods are faulty we will meet our statutory obligations to provide a remedy, however, Monarc Concierge is not required to provide a full refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please do choose carefully.
If you have made a purchase from our website and need to return the product due to manufacturing fault or misrepresentation, we can repair or fully refund the item(s).

Our warranty period is 1 year from delivery date, we are happy to perform maintenance and repairs in extension of our 1 year warranty policy.

Please follow the process below for returning product to Monarc Jewellery:
For a full refund, ensure the product is in original condition and its original packaging.
Return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery. (Please include your invoice order number as proof of purchase).
Please provide an explanation for the reason you are returning the product.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will check the goods to ensure that no item has not be altered or tampered with in any way. Please also note, Monarc Concierge will not refund the original delivery costs relating to the return of non-faulty product.

WHAT ARE MONARC JEWELLERY'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS?

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:

In the event that product within the Monarc Concierge website or printed media is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Monarc Concierge reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Monarc Concierge shall issue a full refund to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrectly stated price.

PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY:

Monarc Concierge endeavours to represent all products as correctly and close to the item model. Due to the handmade nature of Monarc Concierge product, some variations may occur.

BESPOKE ITEMS:

Any products purchased that have been personalised specifically for the client (either in their appearance or design from what was originally stated on the website) are non-returnable/non-refundable. All bespoke and engravable items are non-refundable.

MISSING, DAMAGED OR DELAYED PARCELS:

Monarc Jewellery & Concierge is not liable for damage incurred to goods in transit or for non-delivery. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been dispatched to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. Please note that if you have a non-delivery arrangement with the courier company we are not liable for the loss, damage or destruction to the goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the package is delivered to the correct address and signed for by the customer. It is the customer's personal custody once it has left the Monarc Jewellery premises.
