In the event that product within the Monarc Jewellery website or printed media is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Monarc Concierge reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Monarc Concierge shall issue a full refund to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrectly stated price.
Monarc Jewellery & Concierge endeavours to represent all products as correctly and close to the item model. Due to the handmade nature of Monarc Jewellery product, some variations may occur.
Any products purchased that have been personalised specifically for the client (either in their appearance or design from what was originally stated on the website) are non-returnable/non-refundable. All bespoke and engravable items are non-refundable.
MISSING, DAMAGED OR DELAYED PARCELS:
Monarc Jewellery & Concierge is not liable for damage incurred to goods in transit or for non-delivery. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been dispatched to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. Please note that if you have a non-delivery arrangement with the courier company we are not liable for the loss, damage or destruction to the goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the package is delivered to the correct address and signed for by the customer. It is the customer's personal custody once it has left the Monarc Jewellery premises.
